چکیده
Structural modal estimation has consistently remained one of the most crucial areas research in mechanical vibration analysis and signal processing. It is imperative to accurately monitor signals rotor blades their corresponding structural parameters. Blade tip timing (BTT) a promising approach used measure health blades. However, existing BTT methods focus on frequency accuracy, neglecting damping, key physical quantity that represents strength structure. This focuses damping blade proposes sparse reconstruction algorithm based two-dimensional Laplace wavelet family, which addresses inherent under-sampled problem technology while enabling estimations both Firstly, proposed achieved by designing dictionary prior information using convex optimization objective function with regularization term. Secondly, matches better than traditional Fourier similarity between damped wavelet, then sparser representation vector can be obtained. Moreover, object not limited single blade, but easily expanded multiple stages rotating monitored simultaneously. Finally, simulation test results indicate method exhibits high reliability, anti-noise abilities.

A Blade Tip Timing Method Based on a Microwave Sensor
Blade tip timing is an effective method for blade vibration measurements in turbomachinery. This method is increasing in popularity because it is non-intrusive and has several advantages over the conventional strain gauge method. Different kinds of sensors have been developed for blade tip timing, including optical, eddy current and capacitance sensors. However, these sensors are unsuitable in ...
متن کاملA Non-Uniformly Under-Sampled Blade Tip-Timing Signal Reconstruction Method for Blade Vibration Monitoring
High-speed blades are often prone to fatigue due to severe blade vibrations. In particular, synchronous vibrations can cause irreversible damages to the blade. Blade tip-timing methods (BTT) have become a promising way to monitor blade vibrations. However, synchronous vibrations are unsuitably monitored by uniform BTT sampling. Therefore, non-equally mounted probes have been used, which will re...

Vibrations are among main causes of fatigue and damages leading to destruction of rotating blades. Consequently, motions of blades have to be carefully studied, and in particular, periodic components. Blade Tip-Timing (BTT) methods achieve non-intrusive measurements which is a great advantage with respect to classical methods. They can be modelled by a Periodic Nonuniform Sampling of order L eq...

The accurate monitoring of blade vibration under operating conditions is essential in turbo-machinery testing. Blade tip timing (BTT) is a promising non-contact technique for the measurement of blade vibrations. However, the BTT sampling data are inherently under-sampled and contaminated with several measurement uncertainties. How to recover frequency spectra of blade vibrations though processi...
متن کاملTurbine Blade Tip Leakage Flow Control: Thick/Thin Blade Effects
An experiment was conducted in a linear cascade of Pak-B blades for an exit Mach number of 0.3 to simulate the flow in the tip-gap region of a low pressure turbine blade row. The experiment focused on the independent effects of thickness-to-gap and gapto-chord ratios on the tip-gap flow behavior. Two extreme gap-to-chord ratios of 5% and 8% were chosen, for which four thickness-to-gap ratios we...
